Trip Costs

Trip Cost: $3,950

Ground cost is $2,700 for those who prefer to arrange their own flights. You must book flights that will arrive in Tel Aviv before 9:30pm on March 7, 2020. If you cannot arrive at a convenient time to catch the buss with the group to our first hotel, we can arrange special transportation for an additional fee. Please let us know as soon as possible.

A Deposit of $500 will secure your seat. When you fill out the registration form by clicking “Register Now”, you will be contacted and given the option to pay your $500 deposit in one of two ways: Either using a credit card through PayPal (an additional 3% charge will be added when using PayPal) or by mailing a check or money order to the address below:

Payment Deadlines:

A total of $2,000 is due by November 1, 2019 ($1,500 is non-refundable after November 15 but is completely transferable). The final deadline for the remaining balance is January 10, 2020.

No funds can be refunded or transferred after February 24, 2020.

Full Payments are welcomed at anytime prior to the deadline.

The Total Price of $3,950.
Price is for double occupancy, single occupancy is an additional $700.

Total price includes:

  • Round trip airfare. 
  • Entrance fees to all locations and sites
  • Breakfast and Dinner in Israel
  • Guiding Services
  • Transportation in Israel on a luxury coach
  • Trip Medical Insurance
  • Beautiful hotel accommodations with Wi-Fi

Not included:

  • Transportation to Airport
  • Travel Insurance which is highly recommended
  • Meals en-route
  • Lunch in Isreal
  • Souvenirs
  • Bottled water on the bus
  • Tips for guide, driver and hotel staff (approx. $15 per day per person)
  • Extra cost due to not arriving or departing with the tour group. This may include special transportation, hotel and food cost.
  • Travelers Insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen cancellations.
